As an enthusiast in photography, Hugo Poon has devoted to the study of photography and then progressively developed his own photography language. His aesthetics in photography are reflected in the nature and landscape series on display. Celebrating the fall and winter entourage, Hugo’s photo works have a themed seasonal element that praises the beauty of the seasons. Imperfection at first glance is transformed into an aesthetic reflection which forms a vital component of the composition as a whole. These some 40 photo works best illustrate the power of photography which lies in its ability to capture a moment in time and preserve it for posterity.
