Located on the first floor of StarCrest, guests get their first taste of the spa's charm with the ground floor mini reception's bright and cheerful feel. On the first floor is a generous waiting room and retail area, which displays many of the products featured on the spa's menu. The rest of Spa L'OCCITANE is separated into men and ladies' sections, with six rooms for the latter as well as a relaxing lounge for their enjoyment. Meanwhile, two of the three rooms in the men's area can be opened up to accommodate couples. A reflecting pond and soothing visuals taken from Provence line the corridors, adding a distinctly French flavour. Many of the rooms include either a soaking tub or shower, as hydrotherapies are popular choices.
